Video and media
I was recently interviewed by Craig Bartlett on the topic of resilience. A subject which is close to his heart because of his work with 2 charities: Brave Minds and Head for Change.
Brave Minds works with rugby clubs and schools to develop a culture where talking about and supporting mental health issues is the norm. Head for Change works with people who are experiencing sports related brain injuries offering tools and supports, and also highlights research that can inform how brain injuries in sport can be prevented.
In this wide ranging interview we touch on issues such as what contributes to resilience, its’ importance for leaders and how it can be developed in children by parenting and involvement in sport.
